Are you an accomplished and certified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking to elevate your career in education?
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified HLTA with Level 4 Teaching Assistant Certification to join our North London schools
Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 4pm
Pay Rate: £80 – £110 /day
Responsibilities of a HTLA:
- Lead Learning: Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons under the guidance of classroom teachers.
- Curriculum Support: Assist in curriculum planning, ensuring lessons are tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Individualized Learning: Provide targeted support to students with varying abilities and learning styles.
- Assessment: Assist in student assessment and progress tracking, offering valuable insights for educators.
- Classroom Management: Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting the well-being of all students.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teachers to plan and implement effective teaching strategies.
- Mentorship: Mentor and guide other teaching assistants, sharing your expertise.
Requirements of a HTLA:
- Level 4 Teaching Assistant Certification.
- Proven experience as an HLTA in a school setting.
- Strong understanding of the educational curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Empathy and patience in working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- A passion for supporting students’ academic and personal growth.
