Job Description

As a Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experiences of our young learners. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and a love for learning. You will work closely with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities of a KS1 Teacher:

  • Plan and deliver creative and differentiated lessons for Key Stage 1 students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
  • Assess and track student progress, providing timely feedback to both students and parents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
  • Support the school’s commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Contribute to a positive school culture and uphold the values and ethos of the school

Requirements of a KS1 Teacher:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience in teaching Key Stage 1 (KS1) students.
Strong classroom management and behavior management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A passion for delivering high-quality education and promoting a love for learning.
Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude.

Monday – Friday
Term Time Only
Long term contracts leading to Permanent positions
Starting £750 – £1,200 weekly
