Complete Classroom Services are working with a Variety of SEN Schools (primary & Secondary)within the Croydon borough.We warmly welcome any candidate who are willing to add to the schools nurturing environment. The school’s ethos revolves around a collaborative community of students, parents, staff, and governors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Individualised Support: Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special educational needs, implementing strategies outlined in Individual Education Plans (IEPs). 
  • Inclusive Learning Environment: Assist the class teacher in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment, ensuring the engagement and participation of all students.
  • Behavioural Support: Support students in managing behaviour and promoting positive interactions within the school community.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure a collaborative approach to student development.
    Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in responding to the changing needs of students, providing assistance in various classroom activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant is desirable.
  • Understanding of various special educational needs, including but not limited to autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • A patient and empathetic approach to supporting students.
