£600 – £700 Weekly

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with SEND.
• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active learning.
• Collaborate with parents, specialists, and other teachers to support students’ progress.
• Utilize innovative teaching methods and resources to engage students and enhance their learning experience.
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere where every student feels valued and supported.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience working with SEND students.
• Strong knowledge of SEND best practices and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students reach their full potential.
