Key Responsibilities of Graduate Teaching Assistant:
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for all students.
- Help create and maintain educational resources and materials.
- Support students with special educational needs, ensuring they have equal access to learning opportunities.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to monitor and support student progress.
- Contribute to the overall well-being and development of students within the school community.
Qualifications and Skills of a Graduate Teaching Assistant:
- Minimum of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of current educational practices and methodologies.
