Complete Classroom Services: We are looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support our teaching staff in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for our students. The successful candidate will work closely with Teaching Assistants and Teachers in the implementation of tailored educational activities, ensuring that every child reaches their full potential.

Key Responsibilities of Graduate Teaching Assistant:

  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help.
  • Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for all students.
  • Help create and maintain educational resources and materials.
  • Support students with special educational needs, ensuring they have equal access to learning opportunities.
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to monitor and support student progress.
  • Contribute to the overall well-being and development of students within the school community.

Qualifications and Skills of a Graduate Teaching Assistant:

  • Minimum of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of current educational practices and methodologies.
