Complete Classroom Services work with established schools across the West London boroughs and we are seeking passionate and dedicated SEN Primary Teachers to join our dynamic team of Educators. All of our Client Schools are always showing their commitment to providing high-quality education and fostering a positive learning environment.
As an SEND Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for:
- Creating Inclusive Learning Plans: Develop and implement personalized, inclusive teaching strategies and learning plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
- Differentiated Instruction: Provide differentiated instruction and support to ensure every student can access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
- Collaborative Approach: Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and external specialists to create a collaborative support network for students with SEND, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and monitor students’ progress, adjusting teaching methods and intervention strategies as needed to support their academic and social development.
- Individualized Support: Provide one-on-one or small group support sessions for students who require additional assistance, focusing on specific learning goals and skill development.
- Positive Classroom Environment: Foster a nurturing, positive, and respectful classroom atmosphere where all students feel valued, safe, and encouraged to participate.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Hold a valid teaching qualification and relevant certifications.
- Experience: Proven experience working with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, preferably in a primary school setting.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Collaboration: Strong collaborative and communication skills, capable of working effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassion: Empathy and patience in understanding and addressing the unique challenges faced by students with SEND.
- Commitment: Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment where every student can thrive.
