Key Responsibilities:

· Assist the Head of Department in strategically leading and delivering the Geography curriculum.

· Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative teaching practices.

· Share responsibility for the overall effectiveness of the Geography department.

· Provide the highest quality of education to students, ensuring they achieve their full potential.

· Engage with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive and collaborative learning environment.

Candidate Requirements:

· A degree in Geography or a related field.

· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or completion of teacher training (ECTs are welcome to apply).

· A proven track record of high-quality teaching and student engagement.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· A commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.

· Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to the wider school community.
