Teaching Assistants Needed For Supply

Working Hours: Mon – Fri (8:30am – 4:00pm)

Pay Rate: £450 – £500 Weekly

Teaching Assistant:

We are seeking dedicated and qualified individuals to join our dynamic team as ABA Trained Teaching Assistants. As a key member of our educational staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse learning needs, particularly those benefiting from Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies.   • Implement ABA Techniques: Apply ABA principles to support individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Implement data collection methods to track student progress and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with Teachers: Work closely with classroom teachers to provide targeted support for students with special needs. Participate in collaborative planning sessions to align ABA strategies with overall classroom goals.
  • Provide Individualized Support: Offer one-on-one support to students, reinforcing ABA strategies in both academic and behavioral settings. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students with diverse needs.
  • Communication: Maintain open and regular communication with parents, teachers, and other support staff. Report on student progress, successes, and challenges during team meetings.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in ABA and attend relevant workshops and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.


  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • ABA certification or training from a recognized institution.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with special needs, particularly in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with students with diverse learning needs.
