Job Description: As a Drama Graduate, you will:

  • Teach and Inspire: Lead drama and theatre sessions for students with various special needs, tailoring activities to their abilities and interests.
  • Create Inclusive Theatre: Collaborate with students to develop creative performances, fostering self-expression and teamwork.
  • Adapt and Innovate: Modify drama exercises and activities to meet the unique needs and challenges of each student.
  • Support Communication: Help students develop their communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, through drama techniques.
  • Empower Confidence: Boost students’ self-esteem and self-confidence through creative expression.
  • Contribute to Holistic Learning: Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to integrate drama into our holistic educational approach.
  • Celebrate Achievements: Celebrate and showcase students’ achievements through performances and presentations.
  • Be paid a daily rate of £80 – £110
  • Working hours of 8:30am – 4pm – Monday to Friday
  • Complete free CPD courses to upskill your experience.
  • Have a dedicated consultant to support you through every step of the way.

Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A genuine passion for working with children and young adults with special needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability and creativity to tailor drama activities to individual student needs.
  • Empathy, patience, and a nurturing attitude
  • A commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of students with special needs.
