Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teaching staff.
- Foster strong partnerships with parents, guardians, and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on effective inclusive practices.
- Stay abreast of the latest SEN policies, practices, and legislation to inform decision-making.
- Play a key role in shaping a positive and supportive school culture.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.
- National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO) or equivalent qualification.
- Passion for and experience in working with students with special educational needs in a special school setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
