Complete Classroom Services are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join their team as Teaching Assistants for secondary schools. Whether that be a permanent, long-term contract or having the flexibility of day-to-day supply. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of students within the school environment. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on young minds and contribute to their educational journey.

Responsibilities:

· Assist teachers in the planning and delivery of lessons, ensuring a supportive and engaging learning atmosphere for students.

· Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who may require additional help with specific subjects or learning challenges.

· Help maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment, promoting positive behaviour and discipline as per school policies.

· Assist in organising and supervising educational activities, field trips, and school events.

· Collaborate with teachers and other staff to track student progress and report on their development to parents and guardians.

· Encourage student participation and involvement in class discussions and activities.

· Contribute to the overall welfare and well-being of students, fostering a nurturing and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

· Previous experience working with children or teenagers, preferably in an educational setting.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate well to students, teachers, and parents.

· Empathetic and patient, understanding the diverse needs and backgrounds of students.

· Strong organisational skills to assist with lesson planning and classroom management.

· Enthusiastic about education and eager to contribute to the success of students.

· Adaptable and able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
