Job Title: Supply Cover Supervisor

Location: South East London

Position Type: Temporary, Flexible Hours, Supply, Part time

Salary: £100-£130 per day

Job Description:

·        Supervise and manage the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher

·        Implement pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure a positive learning environment

·        Manage student behaviour and maintain a productive and respectful atmosphere

·        Provide support to students with their learning, as needed

·        Communicate effectively with teaching staff and school administrators

Requirements:

·        Previous experience working in a secondary school environment

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·        Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school settings

·        Ability to follow lesson plans and maintain classroom order

·        A genuine passion for education and supporting students
