The Role:

As a Supply Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of learning in secondary schools. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising students during teacher absences.
• Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring students engage in their learning.
• Managing classroom behaviour and upholding school policies.
• Providing support to students as needed, answering questions, and offering guidance.
• Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure the smooth running of lessons.

Qualifications and Experience:
