Job Title: Supply Cover Supervisor

Location: Tower Hamlets

Position Type: Temporary, Flexible Hours, Supply, Part time

Salary: £100-£130 per day

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Supply Cover Supervisor to join a Secondary School we are working with in Tower Hamlets. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the development of students in a supportive and engaging educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and manage classroom activities in the absence of the regular teacher.

· Ensure a positive and productive learning environment for students.

· Implement pre-prepared lesson plans and activities.

· Manage student behaviour in line with the school’s policies.

· Provide support to students with their learning and development.

· Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure continuity in the learning process.

Requirements:

· Previous experience working in a school environment is desirable.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to manage and engage with students effectively.

· Flexibility and adaptability to work in various subject areas and year groups.

· Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
