Meet The Team.
Luke
Co-Founder
I’m Luke, one of the directors at Complete Classroom Services. Our primary focus is placing Teachers and TAs in Primary, Secondary, SEND, and services settings across England. With over 11 years of experience, my journey in education recruitment began at the age of 19. Frankly, like most young boys, I didn’t aspire to work in recruitment; my dream was to score the winning goal for Chelsea in a Champions League Final. However, reality set in, and I ventured into recruitment, eventually co-founding Complete Classroom Services. Our aim is to be the leading Education Recruitment Company in England, leveraging our comprehensive knowledge.
Chris
Co-Founder
I’m Chris, a director at Complete Classroom Services, working alongside my colleague Luke. Our core mission is to foster connections between educators and schools across England, spanning Primary, Secondary, SEND, and various services settings. My journey into education recruitment began over a decade ago, and it’s a path that I’ve wholeheartedly embraced. As I ventured into this field, I discovered my passion for helping individuals find their ideal roles and supporting schools in their staffing needs. We aspire to lead the way in the education recruitment. We really look forward to speaking with you and kickstarting your education career with CCS.
Leah
Director
I’m Leah, Operations and SEND director at Complete Classroom Services. My passion for SEND ignited in 2009 when I worked as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant. I even became a Youth Mentor for young people involved in gang crimes and violence. Today, I work with SEND schools across South East and South West London providing staff for nearly a decade with experience in Autism, Complex needs, PMLD, SEMH, Medical needs and manymore! I know the importance of making sure I find the right fit for both the candidates, schools and most importantly – the pupils. I am not as good at Makaton like I used to be, so I am a little rusty, but I do still remember the basics! I am also Team Teach trained, so I recognise the importance of having a skill set especially a deescalating one!
Sarah
Candidate Consultant
I work as a candidate consultant for the primary team, focused on matching the right individuals with our schools. After years in retail management, I decided to switch to education recruitment. One thing that hasn’t changed is my love for helping people. I believe in pursuing what you’re passionate about, and that’s why I enjoy discovering people’s career goals and aligning them with the perfect roles. I joined CCS because it prioritizes people, just as I do. Beyond work, you’ll find me in the theatre, baking cakes in the kitchen, exploring new places in the UK and abroad, and nurturing my growing plant family.
Finlay
Consultant
Hello, I’m Finlay, a Consultant on our Support team. My role involves assisting South London schools with non-classroom-based hiring, including Office, Premises, and technical staff. My journey into recruitment began this year. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the experience of meeting new people and learning new skills. CCS, introduced to me by my sister, left a lasting impression, and I’m delighted with my choice to join the team. Outside of work, you’ll find me passionately following Manchester United, attending music festivals, cooking for loved ones, exploring new destinations, hitting the gym, and socializing with friends.
Hannah
Candidate Consultant
I’m Hannah, responsible for seeking talent across various platforms for the secondary team. I thrive on meeting new people and making a positive impact within the education sector, helping candidates discover their passions and connecting them with new opportunities. My background is in retail management and fashion operations, but a desire for a new challenge led me to education recruitment, where CCS was the perfect fit. The vibrant workplace culture and shared values drew me in. In my free time, I cherish moments with my son, indulge my passion for fashion, explore new cuisines, and embrace diverse cultures.
Reanne
Compliance
I’m Reanne, in charge of compliance at Complete Classroom Services. My role revolves around ensuring compliance checks align with rules and practices within the education recruitment industry. Working closely with consultants, our goal is to make the compliance process swift and seamless for our candidates. I genuinely enjoy the intricacies of compliance, a passion I’ve pursued for the past 6 years. I love solving problems, crucial in a field where regulations are ever-changing. In free time, I’m an avid reader (Patrick Rothfuss anyone?) and consider myself a bit of a movie buff.
